Small recipe:

 

Eggnog (for 2 people)

 

2 oz (60 ml) Sortilège Crème d’érable

 

2 eggs

 

2 tbsp. powdered sugar

 

5 oz (150 ml) milk

 

A few drops of vanilla extract

 

Ground cinnamon (optional)

 

In a saucepan, off the heat, mix the eggs and sugar with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Add the milk, whisking continuously. Bring to a boil, stirring and scraping the bottom and sides of the saucepan, then remove from the heat. Add the Sortilège Crème d’érable and vanilla, and let cool in the refrigerator. Divide equally between two glasses and sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.

 

Ingredients: Cream (MILK), maple syrup, alcohol, glucose-fructose, Canadian whisky, natural flavour and caramel.
