2 oz (60 ml) of Sortilège Pomme McIntosh
2 oz (60 ml) of lemon juice
1 egg white
3/4 oz (23 ml) of red wine
Ice cubes
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Put Sortilège Pomme McIntosh, lemon juice and egg white in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass containing ice cubes. Slowly pour the red wine to prevent it from mixing with the contents of the glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
